News: Microsoft has announced that it closed the RTM version of
Windows 7. |
|
The leading
manufacturers of hardware and software will have access to this
version of Windows 7 in order to adapt their products and make
sure everything works as it should before the date of launch to
the public.
The final version will be, starting today, available to
manufacturers of computers. The public launch date remains
October 22.
Yesterday released this version, RTM Windows7, a few days
earlier than previously announced.
The final version to the public is supposed to come on sale on
October 22, although this step may have some news before then. |

It seems that Microsoft does not want the same mistakes with
Windows Vista where the announced launch dates were postponed
and thus downplayed enthusiasm in the market. Windows 7 could
say it's an enhanced version of Windows Vista, but the
technology base is the same with improvements that make it
different for the speed, less annoying window asking the user
for permission to do something, it consumes less system
resources and makes PCs can run on fairly old |
